Abstract
The Critical Reflection of the 7'th Elementary Korean Language TextChoi, Mee-sookThis thesis reflects critically the 7th elementary korean language text and suggests the methods for the development of a new text. Focusing on ‘the direction of a text composition and system’ and ‘the learning content of a text’, it discusses what is advanced in the 7th elementary korean language text, what the limits of the text is and what is to be complemented.This thesis makes much of the three points : the viewpoint of Korean language education that the curriculum of the teaching Korean demands, the social opinion that requests Textbook Authorization system, the competence of the Korean language that is claimed in an information- oriented society. Considering theses contents, it suggests the methods for the development of the elementary korean language text : separating the volume of Korean language text by the mode to allot the roles, establishing the diverse unites in the dimensions, realizing the learning constituent in the learning activity, and doing the learning activity that does not only the teaching-learning but also the assessment.
