This paper, focusing on human and technological aspects, tries to figure out the feature of “Samsung Group’sShin Kyoung Young” which has been conducted past 20 years by Chairman Dr. Lee Kyeong Hee. Thecontents include review of notable changes in business environment occurred these two decades, roles ofhuman and technology resources for high quality management and the distinguished features of the way ofSamsung Group management. Then, some case activities are investigated for understanding its strengthfollowed by possible efforts for their future longitudinal success.
