Abstract

Thisarticledescribedaproductiveproposalfortheessay-type examinationinuniversityentranceexaminationbasedonㅇthe subject-integration, particularized by each universities. The proposals as follows: 1. A prescribing the notion about “an essay-type examination based on the subject-integration” is necessary to the candidates for the universityentranceexaminationandtheeducational establishments. The prescribing demand the concrete and substantive property. For the task, a inter-scholarship approaches between the korean language education and the other scholarship is necessary. 2. The information about the essay-type examination is to be provided to the subjects of examination. This task is a matter with the university and the relevant government ministries. Without providing the information, the bad influence on the public education is could not be reduced. 3. After the work of entrance examination, researchers accomplish theroleofverifyingtheobjectivevalidityoftheessay-type examination in university entrance examination based on the subject-integration, particularized by each universities. Without the verifying system or process, a plan for the desirable education is very difficult. Because in our society, the influence of university entrance examination is the most powerful factor in educational field. In this matter, the unified approaches of academy is an absolute work. 4. The researcher of korean language education must execute the role of approaching to the essay-type examination in university entrance examination based on the subject-integration, systemati- callyandcontinually.Becausetheessay-typeexaminationis essentially derived from the testing of candidate’s language ability. Especially, to the principles of making questions and marking is academically checked by the researcher of korean language education.
