Abstract

The abilities for Korean teacher to have are the very important element to determine the quality of Korean education. When we inquire into the abilities which are required of Korean teacher in the terms of a special study, we should consider two abilities. One is the ability to understand Korean knowledges and applicate it to teaching-learning practices, the other is the ability to plan and perform Korean education totally. To assess them, it is the followings which should be considered with regard to test items. One of them is test item which assesses the ability to applicate Korean knowledges to practices of Korean education and the other is the test item to assess the capability of problem- resolving. With regard of essay items, it is very important to make scoring rubric concretely.
