Abstract

In education field, environment for the assessment is not highly improved and many teachers are feeling that the assessment remains difficulty. It means that we need to review the viewpoint itself for the approaching method of the assessment. It is necessary to try for improving systematic contradictions from the basis. At this article, these contradictions will be solved by the assessment's main body. Studying at the education curriculum related to the assessment's main body, we can confirm that there was a tendency of centralization like teachers who assess and learners who assessed in the situation of the assessment. If teachers and learners can do an active execution as main body of theassessmentanddointerchangeableoperationeachother, environment for the assessment can be highly improved. Even though the concrete assessment way will be made in order in the future, making complete recognition to do active activity in the teaching and learning situation as main body of assessment can be one method to improve current point at issue.
