The purpose of this study is to seek for improved directions of the Korean studies abroad through analysing the Korean Studies curriculum in Middle European University and Russian Federation University. Especially, comparing to two Universities’ Korean Studies programs in University of Ljubljana and Kazan Federal University. Thus, in this study, we have focuses as follow: First, we will look into the change and the present state of Korean Studies at Kazan Federal University. Second, we will look into the present state and future prospect of Korean Studies at Ljubljana University. And Third, we will give some proposals to be established single major in Korean Studies at Ljubljana University, and also we will give proposals to develop Korean Studies in Europe and Russia Federation.
