1. In this paper I treated the following problems：introduction of Reading and Writing of LEET(Legal Education Eligibility Test), diagnosis of possible problems of LEET. And I made some proposals.2. LEET is composed of following three subjects：Language Comprehen- sion, Reasoning & Argumentation, and Essay.3. The cognitive domain of Language Comprehension is composed of ‘analytical understanding’, ‘inferential understanding’, ‘critical understanding’, and ‘creative understanding’.4. Relative importance of Social Science will probably be raised in LEET. And then importance of the other subjects will be reduced.5. The Subject of Essay should be contained about 2,500 or 3,000 letters. And in the course of making questions universality and specificity of matter should be considered.6. There should be harmonized the rationality of the juridical world with the rationality of the whole society because that establish- ment of the Law School forms the part of ‘reformation’.7. The topography of intellectual map in the universities will be changed because of LEET. We should study this problem carefully.8. For the sake of activating the university cultures and the humanities, we should have many good and proper LEET items.
