ChatGPT 활용 패턴과 논증적 글쓰기 발달 양상

본 연구는 한 학기 내 진행한 신입생 대학생 글쓰기 수업 중 논증적 글쓰기 과정에서 ChatGPT를 어떻게 활용했는지 탐구하였다. 연구 참여자 124명의 학생은 툴민 기반 논증 모형을 학습한 후 논증적 글쓰기를 하였다. 쓰기 과정에서의 ChatGPT 사용은 6개 척도(표면적 수정, 내용 강화, 조직/통일성, 메타인지 활용, 과의존도, 학생 주도성 조절)로 측정하였다. 분석적 평가 결과 점수는 전반적으로 소폭 향상되었으며, 특히 근거 제시와 반론 부분에서 점수 상승이 나타났다. 이 연구는 논증적 글쓰기 결과물의 질적 향상에 있어 생성형 AI의 피상적인 사용은 유의미한 결과로 이어지지 않는다는 사실을 재확인하였다.
