Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore educational possibilities of Negotiation on the Korean Education perspective. For this purpose, It focuses on the concept and strategies of Negotiation and is investigated the way in which we apply them to Korean education. In this paper, I tried to re-conceptualized Negotiation on the Korean Education perspective. and draw a comparison among group communication genre. And also, It focuses on Negotiation strategies and a variable factor, ‘interests’ which affects strategies. and I discuss four types of strategy according to one's aims to negotiate.Finally, I suggest that negotiation strategies can be used through meta-cognition practice for applying to speech communication Education.
