Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine a type of Literature teaching·learning in Elementary school. It is based on combination of Literature and language skill and 'practice' in Literature curriculum. Literature teaching·learning in Elementary school is teaching fiction and teaching through story. We should taught both Literature appreciation and language skill ability extension at teaching fiction and teaching through story. The content of ‘practice’ in Literature curriculum is ‘knowledge’ and ‘reception and production’. The comprehension instruction is content of ‘knowledge’. This might include knowledge about strategies, text and about genres. The application instruction is content of ‘reception and production’. This might include understanding of meaning and Literature appreciation. The comprehension instruction is able to use direct teaching, knowledge study learning, problem solution learning. The application instruction is able to use response center learning, value investigation learning, discussion·debate learning, creation developing learning.
