This study inquiries and searches ‘the concept and specific character of Korean creativity’. For this purpose, first I examinate the existing study on a critical viewpoint. And I reconceptualize Korean creativity. I regard ‘creative Korean ability’ and ‘Korean problem-solving ability’ as the part of ‘Korean ability’. And I consider emotion as not the revelation condition of Korean creativity but the part of Korean creativity. Emotional creativity is the understanding and confrontation ability of another person's and oneself's emotion and the sublimating ability of oneself's emotion in a positive direction. I propose to make Korean creativity by fusing emotional creativity. Korean creativity has emotional, usual, interpersonal, cultural, ideological character.
