A Research of Reading Instruction for the Reader’s Intact Life

Abstract
This study tried to re-conceptualize and broaden reading education by focusing on Laozi(老子)’s Tao Te ching(道德經). Laozi explains how to acquire knowledge and how to live happily. The way of knowledge acquirement gets rid one’s own selfishness and the way of happy life removes the avarice. So people realize the Wuwei(無爲). The Wuwei is to work easily by known the fundamental principles of job and by treated in its early stages. From the Laozi point of view, reading will serve as a he footing for the life of Wuwei. The reader goes into the principles of thing by reading book and according to the principles he constructs the idea for the working easy. The constructed idea by reader for Wuwei is called ‘intact idea’, which is bases on ‘intact life’. In the reading education gives support to student to construct the idea for ‘intact life’. In order to help student for reading, the first, make students understand a viewpoint of reading for Wuwei. the second, do educate students to the discerning eye for study the principles of thing by reading. the third, put students to establish the their’s self by introspect. At the end, get students to work do construct intact idea for intact life. The reading instruction for intact life is in need of the several research on reading for Wuwei.
