Abstract

Korean Language Education should give an answer about the teachers' professionalism. Furthermore, Korean Language Education should make a professional solution of 'Korean teachers' professionalism.' That is, the solution should be like 'what is teachers' Korean language ability' and 'the criteria of level', etc. This thesis regards the urgent agenda as the inquiry about researchers' recognition of teachers' language ability. So the Delphi technique and the supplement questionnaire have accomplished all over three times. As a result, we've arrived at two conclusion:first, to reveal the way of thinking about key concept in Korean Education, and the second, to show the academic trend. On the basis of the survey data, we could draw some meanings of Korean Education. First, although the ways of conceptualization are diverse according to the various perspectives of communication. Second, we could notice almost all the researchers' academic tendency:that is, focusing on the individual ability. Third, the concept of teachers' Korean language ability should be elucidated. Fourth, the level of teachers' Korean language ability should also be explained. Finally, the construct of teachers' language ability should be verified.
