공감 쓰기 과제를 활용한 현직 및 예비 국어교사의 쓰기 평가 비교

초록

본 연구의 목적은 평가자의 경력 기간과 성별에 따른 쓰기 평가를 검토하는 것이었다. 총 83명의 교사에게 공감 과제의 지침에 따라 학생들이 작성한 글을 평가하도록 요청하였다. 결과는 교사의 경력 기간과 평가 기준에 따라 쓰기 평가가 달라졌으며, 학생과 평가자의 성별에 따라 평가가 변화하여 성별 편향과 동성 평가 절하 현상을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 다음을 시사한다. 첫째, 교사는 쓰기 과제 기준을 통제해야 한다. 둘째, 대규모 쓰기 평가에서 평가자의 성별을 통제해야 한다. 마지막으로, 교사는 충분한 교수 경험이 있더라도 자신의 쓰기 평가 능력을 점검하고 성찰해야 한다.
