한국어 경력 교사와 예비 교사의 교수 행위와 사고 행위에 관한 연구

초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국어 경력 교사와 예비 교사의 교수 행위와 사고 행위가 어떻게 다른지를 조사하는 데 있다. 두 집단은 1) 학습자 수행 단서 사용 측면. 2) 학습자 수행 단서를 적절한 교수법으로 대응하는 측면. 3) 교수 행위의 목적과 배경지식 측면에서 양질의 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이를 위하여 일정한 자격을 갖춘 경력 교사 6명과 예비 교사 6명에게 1시간 분량으로 녹화된 읽기/쓰기 수업을 보여 주면서 교수 목적과 교수 행위에 대한 인터뷰를 진행하고 그 내용을 전사하여 분석하였다. 결과적으로 경력 교사와 예비 교사 두 집단이 학습자 수행 단서를 발견하고 이를 교수 행위로 이끌어 가는 측면에서 유사성과 상이한 점들이 발견되었으며 교수목적에 대한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 이전 연구의 결과를 지지하지만 예비 교사가 경력 교사에 비하여 학습자 수행 단서를 애써 무시하려는 경향을 보이지는 않았다.
