중학교 국어 교과에서 성별에 따른 외재적 학습동기, 독서태도, 학습전략, 지각된 교수전략이 성취도에 미치는 영향력 차이 분석

초록

본 연구는 중학생의 국어 성취도에 영향을 미치는 외재적 학습동기, 독서태도, 학습전략, 지각된 교수전략을 변인으로 선정하여 구조적 연구모형을설정하고, 성별에 따라 외재적 학습동기, 독서태도, 학습전략, 지각된 교수전략이 국어 성취도에 미치는 영향력에 차이가 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국교육종단연구(KELS 2005) 패널데이터 중 3차년도(2007)의중학교 3학년을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외재적 학습동기, 독서태도, 학습전략 및 지각된 교수전략이 국어 성취도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 결과 독서태도, 외재적 학습동기, 학습전략, 지각된 교수전략의 순으로 성취도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 둘째, 외재적 학습동기, 독서태도, 학습전략 및 지각된 교수전략에서의 성별에 따른잠재평균 차이를 분석한 결과 여학생은 남학생에 비해 외재적 학습동기, 독서태도, 학습전략 및 지각된 교수전략이 모두 통계적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 남녀 집단 간 외재적 학습동기, 독서태도, 학습전략, 지각된 교수전략 및 국어 성취도에서의 경로계수의 차이를 분석한 결과, 집단 간 국어성취도에 미치는 영향력에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 발견되지 않았다.
