미국의 읽기 곤란 학습자 묘사: 예비 영어교육 교사용 교과서에 대한 질적 내용 분석

초록
본 연구는 미국에서 읽기 곤란 학습자가 어떻게 묘사되고 있는지를 예비 영어교육 교사용 교과서에 대한 질적 내용 분석을 통해 조사하였다. 읽기 곤란을 경험하는 학생들의 특성, 원인, 교육적 지원 방법 등이 교과서에 어떻게 서술되어 있는지를 분석하고, 예비 교사들이 이러한 학습자를 이해하고 지도하는 데 필요한 지식이 교과서를 통해 적절히 전달되고 있는지를 비판적으로 검토하였다.
