한국어 교수자의 실천지식에 대한 삼각측정 시도 - 이야기 기반 교수법의 활용을 통해

초록
연구자는 해외에서 한국어가 어떻게 가르쳐지고 있는지를 알아보고자중국과 독일에서 한국어를 가르치는 교수자들을 인터뷰했다. 해외에서 교사들은 학습자들의 예민한 성격 때문에 수업 준비에 어려움을 겪는다고 한다. 더욱이 감염병이 전 세계로 확산되자 교육현장에서 보이는 노력은 학문적으로도 다양한 접근을 요구하였다. 연구자는 교수자의 이론지식이 실제 교실 현장에 어떻게 적용되고 있는지를 관찰·조사하였다. 연구의 신뢰성과 타당성을 위해, 다양한 연구 방법을 통해 자료를 수집하여 삼각측정법으로 분석하였다. 교수자는 학습자와 상호작용하여 인지구조를 형성하는데, 삼각측정 결과 세 가지 유형으로 나누어진다. 이 연구에 참여한 교수자들은 모두 학습과이해에 초점을 둔 유형으로 분석되었다. 이는 교수자들이 이야기 기반 교수법을 긍정하는 이유와 연결되었다. 앞으로도 교수자의 실천지식을 조사·분석하여 얻은 결과가 예비교사의 양성 및 실무교육 프로그램에 활용되기를 바란다.
