대학-학교 파트너십 프로젝트가 예비교사의 문식성 교수 효능감과 교수학적 내용 지식에 미치는 영향

초록
본 연구는 대학-학교 파트너십 프로젝트가 예비교사의 문식성 교수 효능감과 교수학적 내용 지식에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 대학과 학교 현장의 협력 프로젝트에 참여한 예비교사들의 교수 효능감과 문식성 관련 교수학적 내용 지식의 변화를 분석한 결과, 파트너십 프로젝트 경험이 예비교사의 역량 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
